The Fruehwald Lab has opened it's doors

The Fruehwald lab has officially open its doors established September 2025! Located in the Science Resarch Building on the Waterloo campus of Wilfrid Laurier University.

Our group works on clean electrochemical energy technologies with a focus on carbon dioxide reduction, carbon dioxide capture, and interfacial kinetics of electrochemical reactions.

Our research takes on an applied and multi-disciplinary approach by combining electrochemistry, materials science, laboratory automation, and artificial intelligence to solve climate issues.
